Great market knowledge and advice on what directions to take.

I was looking for someone to tell me what I specifically do wit my property to get it ready for sale. I knew that there would be certain things that I should work on to make improvements. like the carpet and certain way's to stage the house, Dave was able to give me clear guidance on what to do and not an uncertain approach like, "you could do that if you want to"

Mohe worked hard in a difficult market to selland got a result for usthatt was better than expected

Mohe had strong industry knowlege and experience. I would have like a little more communication after the open homes with just a text to say how many groups went through the open homes. Granted he did start to do this after a few open homes. But outside of that everything was fantastic. Hard to fault.
