An absolute dynamo!i

I am in a different time zone to Tayla, but it seemed to make no difference to our communication. She was absolutely fabulous at giving me advice, helping to sort out admin issues and giving guidance on the state of the NZ property market. She never faltered no matter what complication landed at her feet she was ready to take it on. I am not very responsive by email, but she took that into account and sent gentle reminders and follow ups. Through the entire campaign she was always leading, reporting back and letting me know what was happening with the prospective buyers. I always felt fully informed and comfortable for her to take the lead on mt behalf. She was action woman, getting power supply reconnected when it unexpectedly was shut off, but at the same time being considerate about the time difference and not calling in the middle of the night. She seemed to build a good rapport with the people viewing at the open homes and was able to give me honest feedback about the comments left. Even now the auction has concluded, she is still there helping to ensure that we drive through to settlement as smoothly as possible. I would give her a great recommendation to anyone looking to sell a property!
