She is very effective in balancing the needs of the tenants with the needs of the owner, thereby achieving a fantastic win-win outcome every time we have had a change of tenants. In fact, Maree has a canny ability to identify fantastic tenants. All of the tenants she has recommended have been really great. Maree is always available to assist when it comes to managing access for tradespeople, so effectively that things just get done with minimal fuss.
