We feel that the estimated sale price may have been over-inflated so we would choose Ray White.

Roslyn usually let us know how the Open Homes went on a Tuesday. Monday or even Sunday afternoon would have been preferred because obviously we were anxious for updates. The reports were very detailed and contained relevant feedback from buyers. She gave up-to-date market analysis which assisted in our decision to lower the price on several occasions and finally get it sold after 80+ days on the market. Roslyn always replied to email queries promptly and phoned us with any urgent queries. She was pleasant and professional in all her interactions with us. We believe she did her best to sell our house in spite of the misleading information at the start regarding what the house was worth which secured us as vendors but wasted a lot of everyone's time. Perhaps we would have taken an earlier offer of $760k instead of settling for a later bid of $755k if we had received a truthful appraisal of what the house was worth at the start.
