If you are looking for an investment opportunity or a construction project then this site could be ideal. Sections such as this, in a location that ticks all the boxes, are few and far between!
A current Geo-Tech report from a reputable engineering company has been done that will support a new resource consent application to construction a home that, if desired, could encompass the full site. The direction has been given for you to take the next step! Dreams can come true!
Architectural plans have already been drawn up that can be used or modified to accommodate a new resource consent for an extended build. The existing plans are for a superior and innovative three-story home that offers 180 degree views of the spectacular vistas on offer and 360 from the top level. You can also now make your own plans to suit your personal needs and wants.
Of course, the location adds to the attraction of the property. The Half Moon Bay Marina is just a short drive away, providing easy access to ferry services and many other amenities. Being in zone for the highly regarded Macleans College, Bucklands Beach Intermediate and situated almost opposite Bucklands Beach primary school along with easy access to public transport, beaches and golf course adds to the desirability.
