Ellen is experienced and reads people and situations well. As we have bought and sold several properties through Ellen, at the auction we preferred the traditional style of the agent working with the buyer and seller, when it passed in, as opposed to the auctioneer intervening, as she knew us well enough to read our non verbals. It was good to be introduced to the new owners after the auction. Ellen kept regular contact via phone, emails and txts throughout the whole process. She also took an interest in us, as people. Ellen did a great job in a tough market, given the current economic uncertainty.
