Jeremy and Linda’s qualities shone out when we first met them a number of years ago as prospective buyers. They represented the seller with the utmost professionalism, while also supporting us with clear information and sound advice. In the event the property was sold to someone else who was well positioned to buy at that time, but we came away knowing that we had met some superb estate agents. So when we recently came to selling our family home we were able to engage Jeremy and Linda with confidence. There were a number of factors that made our house a little more challenging to sell, and of course the current market is a tough one for Auckland sellers in general at the moment. Hence the sale process was to take a few months and there were a number of twists and turns along the way. Throughout, Jeremy and Linda worked diligently and maintained a calm focus on achieving a strong sale, and ultimately we had a fantastic outcome. Really we cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy and Linda as people and the qualities they offer as estate agents. The marketing materials with associated photographs and videos that they produced were excellent. Linda supported us with staging the house in a way that was effective but also pragmatic for us as we continued to live in our home.
