We would use Debs again

We have recently sold an investment property with Debbie that was a real "fixer upper" and presented quite a challenge to sell. Debbie provided us with the most competitive and comprehensive package of the agents we talked to. Although we have work with her before, our decision to go with Debs was based on the quality of the package. Of course we have also found her to be so personable, engaged, and hard working that the sale was almost enjoyable! In the end Debs did a great job of judging the market and finding the right potential buyers, which was to be fair, pretty challenging in the current market. We're very happy with the end result and will be coming back to Debbie if we sell or buy again.
