Tej is a very kind, patient person. Nothing is too much trouble. He is also a very good negotiator when obtaining best possible price for us. Every step of the process was meticulously carried out with excellent communication along the way. We were selling in a buyers' market, which isn't easy. But he sure knows his area and his job!
