The team Daniel Huang, of course Daniel being the frontal person, delivered in every possible way the services required to acheive the end goal. Everything they did satisfied us as clients. Their communication was flawless, they have good market knowledgeand good negotiating skills. We were quite impressed with their patient demeanor dealing with the ngotiations when the deal was in it's critical stage. Daniel is a good professional and did full fil his role pretty well.

Daniel approached us after an unsuccessful attempt to sell our house six months earlier. He made phone contact and offered a different approach to get our house sold. Previously we had listed our house to sell at auction, but Daniel convinced us that selling via Deadline sale was the best option for our property. We were impressed with Daniel's professionalism and clear communication right throughout the process. Daniel, and his assistant Amy, kept us up to date via a Whats-app group chat. We also had access to a new Ray White portal, for sellers, that provided us with comprehensive information on the marketing of our property, how many views there had been, who had been through the open home and more. In the end the success of the sale came down to Daniel's introduction of a qualified buyer from his buyer pool. We are happy with the result that was achieved in an uncertain market.
