Review of buyers

Colette was very personable and attentive during the viewing and offer process, once our offer was accepted this changed. We had a long settlement period and we tried to communicate with Colette on several occasions via phone calls, texts, emails and a phone call to the office with no response. This communication was because we wished to view the house and get some measurements before moving in. Colette then responded to us in regards to a pre-settlement inspection and did not acknowledge or excuse the fact that she has not responded to us over the last month. On the day of settlement there was minimal communication and a key was left in the lock box with a text of the code and ‘congratulations’. No follow up post move in. Overall we were disappointed and felt let down after our initial positive interactions with her.
