I wouldn’t usually use those words to describe a real estate agent, but in over 10 years of home ownership, I have been positively taken aback by Jessica’s approach to real estate. We recently purchased our home through Jessica and she has been helpful every step of the way, from first viewing through to settlement and beyond. We had a few change requests on the interior of our completed house and Jessica listened and worked hard to convey our needs — achieving all our requests with the vendor. She enthusiastically accommodated our after hours viewings and made us feel totally at ease throughout the entire process.
