Excellent experience and result

We met Richard early in the search for our new home. The particular property we visited was selling at auction, which we were not in a position to buy, given that we needed to sell our existing property first. Having been impressed by Richard’s approach, we opted to ensure that he would be involved in both the buying and selling process - as a result he ascertained what we were looking for, and after viewing only three properties, within four weeks we had conditionally bought our new property. From there, he and his team moved quickly to market and sell our home within a three week period, to ensure that we were in a position to secure our new property. Having chosen to have Richard be involved on both sides of the process was invaluable as a little juggling with settlement dates was required. After a lengthy afternoon of negotiation (with much appreciation to all of the team), we accepted an offer and look forward to moving to our new home soon. We would not hesitate to recommend Richard to friends, family, and those reading this review.
