It was fabulous dealing with Andrew with the sale of my property, his communication between me and the purchaser was top notch. He always let us both know what was happening and why, as I had to do some repairs that the building inspection came back with. As the purchasers bank and insurance company would not insure or loan until work was completed. We got the sale across after repairs completed at full listing price!! Would highly recommend Andrew for anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.
