The Professional Etiquette and Responsiveness

I was a buyer and recently dealt with Bruce Parkinson of Raywhite Devonport. Although my contact with him was short and limited, I felt that he is a likeable person - smiley and friendly; in particular, he was not pushy. Unlike others, he did not persuade me to put up my hand during the auction thereby leaving me with the freedom to use my own judgement. Further, he was responsive to my needs when I requested for more information. Above all he did not forget to remind me to pick up the keys on settlement day - shows that he was responsible toward the end of the matter (although Christmas is just around the corner).
