Mariessa has done a fabulous job for us, from the very beginning she has been positive and filled with wonderful advice about how best to prepare our place for sale. She gave clear and actionable tips about how to make the house more appealing for open homes and achieve the best price possible. In addittion, Mariessa worked hard and communicated very clearly, giving a detailed timeline of actions and excellent pros & cons for all of the decisions that we were making. What has impressed me most is Mariessa's work ethic, although our place was at the lower end of the market, we felt valued and important to her at all times, and we were super well taken care off. The price that "team Mariessa" achieved was 10% better than another agent thought possible, so swe are very very grateful for her talent, skill, organisation and all the help that she has given.
