James knows how to close a deal

James and Charlotte make a great team. They know their market and were able to provide data to back it up. They were excellent communicators and kept us in the loop at all times. They were both friendly and approachable. On the day there was only one bidder at the auction, but James was still able to negotiate a sale at a price that was acceptable to us, though a little lower than his original market estimate. Considering that the market was very slow at the time of sale, we were extremely pleased that our house sold so quickly. We would recommend James to anyone wanting to sell their house in the Bream Bay area.
