Stephen provided an excellent service insuring great communication at all times through the sale.

Since I last sold a property a lot has changed. Stephen kept us well informed of what needed to be done including staging the property, dealing with building report, LIM report items held by council etc. He completed numerous open homes even when the property was under conditional contract. He provided photo updates of some work that needed to be done. I found him to be very professional with a good understanding of the current market. He communicated consistently through the negotiation period insuring that we had a full understanding of where we were at with the sale. We have another property we will be selling in the future and will certainly be approaching Stephen to take on the next sale. Excellent
