Star Property Managers

Rachel Pole has been the property manager for my place on the north shore for the last four years. She is an absolute star and has been managing the place really well in my absence. Rachel along with Amy Hutchings from Ray White were recently involved in re-letting the property after the last tenant served notice to move out. I was advised by them to carry out some repairs and also decided to get re-carpeting and re-paint done for the property before letting it to the new tenant. Both Rachel and Amy coordinated very well to carry out the works while simultaneously listing the property for a new tenant. Rachel has been absolutely fantastic throughout this process and has all the qualities you would expect from your property manager to look after your place like it’s her own. The works are set to complete in the coming week with a new tenant moving in early next month. Thanks Rachel and Amy for all your work.
