They say location is everything, and this adorable seaside cottage certainly delivers.
Positioned on the waterfront side of one of Beachlands' most sought-after streets, just one property back from the water, 5 Puriri Road is a sweet slice of the Pohutukawa Coast offering an enviable coastal lifestyle.
Set on approximately 538sqm of level, easy-care land, the home is wonderfully manageable while offering plenty of scope to add your own touch. The section is also particularly unique, being significantly smaller than many of the surrounding sites.
Inside, you'll find two double bedrooms, a light and bright open-plan kitchen and living area, and seamless flow to both front and rear decking - perfect for morning coffees, summer entertaining or simply soaking up the relaxed coastal atmosphere.
The beach is just a short stroll away, with Pine Harbour Marina and the ferry also within easy walking distance. Add in the nearby Beachlands shopping complex, Howick and Botany Town Centre, and you have lifestyle and convenience beautifully combined.
Whether you're a first-home buyer, young couple, empty nester, beach-house seeker or simply looking for an easy-care home in a premium coastal location, this little beauty is well worth a look.
Our owner is moving overseas, and this charming home is ready for its next chapter.
If you've been waiting for an affordable foothold in one of Beachlands' most desirable coastal pockets, don't miss this one. Come and see why 5 Puriri Road could be the sweet spot you've been searching for.
