I contacted Karen Leckner mid afternoon last week to see if she could assist in finding me a great tenant for my unit after she was recommended by a friend. I had some photos which I forwarded to Karen and we discussed rent and what type of tenant we were looking for and I assumed that we would talk further the following day. Later that evening at around 8.30pm I received an email with a link to the ad that had already been placed on the website and before 7am the following morning I had a text advising of a prospective tenant wishing to view. The tenant loved the property and the next day there was a signed tenancy agreement in my in box for me to review. I didn’t have to do anything other than sign the agreement. I highly recommend the services of the rental department at Ray White Beachlands and will definitely be using them in the future.

Options Plentiful
Good market knowledge, presenting options to suit requirements. Dealing with both Karen and Tracey made our search easy. Initial filling in of forms when already on the books was slightly frustrating but a necessary evil. We needed to be proactive to initiate the properties we were interested in, but once our interest was registered great communication from both and very timely, we always knew where we stood.
