A totally professional service, an effortless experience on my part with outstanding results.

Tracey Royal from Ray White, Beachlands has been fabulous. We arranged a meeting on site to appraise the property; she indicated the likely weekly rental income and within a week had signed a long-term tenant willing to pay the rent being asked. I am really happy with the family she has selected and know they will treasure and look after this asset, hopefully for several years. All the legally required reports were arranged by Tracey prior to letting and the new tenancy has commenced with only 10 days vacant time since my last tenant vacated. I look forward to her ongoing professional management of this property and know we will work very well together. As such, I would totally recommend Tracey to you.
