About Karen

Karen joins the Ray White Beachlands team bringing a "Can Do" attitude to the Property Manager role. During her career Karen has worked in all areas of management which has enabled her to understand the needs and demands on several different levels. Karen prides herself on the value she has added in providing exceptional customer service in previous administrative roles within corporate and real estate environments. Karen and her family moved to Maraetai 14 years ago and love living and working locally. They have a real passion for the Pohutukawa Coast and all that it offers. Karen is a hard working person with excellent customer service & interpersonal skills who is reluctant to accept less than the very best from herself in all aspects of her work.

Tracey joins the Ray White Beachlands team bringing with her a wealth of knowledge both from within the industry and externally. This gives Tracey the scope required to add enormous value to our team both in the region of marketing as well as customer relations. Traceys genuine and empathetic nature makes her a great asset to our team and ensures that our clients will always receive the attention that they deserve. A local on the coast, Tracey and her family are emerged in the community through local schools, sports and community groups. A passion for the area is prevalent in Traceys day to day activities which include getting out to our local beaches and on the water at every opportunity.

A family owned and operated business, Ray White Beachlands has been operating as Lighthouse Real Estate Ltd since 2005. Having redefined itself over the course of the previous few years, Ray White Beachlands is now in a stronger than ever position to deliver what it set out to do at its inception; to assist the Pohutukawa Coast Community to discover an alternative real estate agency offering a fresh approach in a wanting world. At Ray White Beachlands we are a truly unique team. We all work together for each other - and more importantly - FOR YOU. We are the only TRUE TEAM on the Pohutukawa Coast. What is also truly unique to Ray White Beachlands is that we are the only locally owned and operated real estate agency on the Pohutukawa Coast. Furthermore, proceeds of our income stream, which we humbly recognize as coming from the area goes back into the area. This direct support and sponsorship to local groups, schools, initiatives, and charities is greatly appreciated by our many beneficiaries. The result of this means that Ray White Beachlands is widely recognised and regarded as a true community business. Upon sale, every property entrusted to us directly supports and aids these much needed causes and we are so thankful for the cult following we have developed and benefited from over the years.

Fantastic Support

Lindi and Tracey from Ray White rental Beachlands have been so helpful, kind, and supportive during the process of getting our house rented. Tracey has great communication skills, a lovely nature and is very patient. I have really appreciated Tracey's guidance, help and support, during a challenging time, trying to get our house ready to rent, and moving overseas in a rush. A totally professional service, an effortless experience on my part with outstanding results.

Tracey Royal from Ray White, Beachlands has been fabulous. We arranged a meeting on site to appraise the property; she indicated the likely weekly rental income and within a week had signed a long-term tenant willing to pay the rent being asked. I am really happy with the family she has selected and know they will treasure and look after this asset, hopefully for several years. All the legally required reports were arranged by Tracey prior to letting and the new tenancy has commenced with only 10 days vacant time since my last tenant vacated. I look forward to her ongoing professional management of this property and know we will work very well together. As such, I would totally recommend Tracey to you.
