Great Communication

This is our first time selling a house and Armand was great every step of the way. He wasn’t pushy, he allowed us time to think and process things. He shared his method of selling and advice and tips for making the property more appealing. Great updates along the sale process with information on who went through the property and their thoughts on it. He always got in touch when he felt someone was going to make an offer. We ended up with three offers in the end (two back up offers) - well done Armand. We managed to get everything through just before Christmas which was amazing. Having just finished the final settlement - we would be more than happy to highly recommend Armand.
