Reactive, Responsive and Reliable

Armand helped make my house buying experience very smooth and controlled. Armand would organise times with inspectors, electricians and any other party that was involved in necessary checks being carried out through the conditional process, meaning I could focus on my responsabilites of organising finances and solicitor requirments. This process was easy to work into my daily schedule and I didn't loose any paid time from work, or sacrifice my hobbies / everyday activities. Armand was always upfront and transparent, and any information I needed, he was quick to reach out to the vendor and communicate it back to me. Armand was always friendly and never put any pressure on myself to make a decision faster or favor the vendors outcome. Any request I had, Armand would make sure it was furfilled which enabled me to buy the house. It has been an honour to work with Armand and I appreciate the work he has done to get me into my first home. I would be willing to work with Armand again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
