Ours was a pretty complicated Deceased Estate, but Lily made everything so much easier and we’re absolutely thrilled with the auction result! Right from the very beginning, Lily was an exceptional listener — highly attuned, responsive, and patient with all our needs (including my two sisters, myself, and our obligations to Public Trust as the Executor). Lily guided us through every step, juggling input from us all - helping to create solutions whenever challenges arose. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Her communication was amazing, keeping all of us (and Public Trust) in the loop the whole way. On auction day she worked so hard right up to the last hour, encouraging bidders and helping us achieve a fantastic result. Lily’s work ethic and dedication are outstanding, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We’d recommend her in a heartbeat. The auctioneer was outstanding too — definitely a 5-star team! 👏
