After having our home on the market for 3 months with a solo agent and feeling rather deflated with the lack of interest, my daughter contacted Becs (a personal friend of hers) and explained our situation. I enjoyed the experience, I felt the agent was extremely accommodating and communicated well the information that I needed to know and what I needed to do to move the process forward. I have never bought a house before so I asked at lot of questions and the agent was very patient and kind in explaining everything I wanted to know.
