There are many reasons for rating my agents Steve Hood & Rawdon Christie a 10/10 following a successful sale at auction. The support and advice on to how to prepare our late mother's home for sale; excellent communication via. meetings in person, phonecalls, texts, WhatsApp group messages and emails; following each Open Home a recorded video message detailing who had attended, etc, detailed weekly reports, etc., etc! In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.
