I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Richard went above and beyond for our family and we could not be more grateful. Dealing with a family estate has been a difficult journey with many people involved however Richard was so calm and professional throughout the whole process, dealing with the multiple parties involved (who have large personalities). We had no experience in property so really didnt even know where to start! So he walked us through each step with patience and understanding, never making us feel like a bother with our silly questions. The property had sat empty for some time and was not in the prime condition it once was, but he still saw the value we did and didnt make us feel any kind of bad way (like other agents) about the condition or his ability to sell it. He went the extra mile for us to try save unnecessary costs and time. I cannot think of a single thing he could have done better for us, he is an absolutely outstanding agent and we could not recommend him enough if you are looking at purchasing or selling your property.
