Genuinely kind, patient and thorough
We feel so very fortunate to have purchased our first home through Shelley as an agent. Like most first home buyers, we were lost and nervous in a world of legalities, jargon, must-haves, nice-to-haves, budgets, agendas, deadlines, inspections... not to mention being new to Nelson and expecting our first baby! Buying and selling a property can Be stressful. Shelley took all the stress out of it for us. We have found an amazing property for our family and have passed on a property to a new family just starting their journey. This was the most important thing for us and Shelley helped us to achieve this.
