Poor communication

Poor communication. I feel the agent should be the go between the vendor and the seller. We were left in the dark about many things. But the final nail in the coffin was moving into a dirty house. We feel that agents should remind vendors of their responsibility to leave the house clean. From head stains on the walls behind the bed, faeces left in the toilet, a bucket of water split on the carpets, rubbish left behind all over the property, carpets not vacuumed, vinyl not moped. It was heart breaking to move into our new home in this state. Agent should have inspected home, just as a rental would have been inspected by the agent before release.
