Ani has been a great agent, her knowledge of the local market to us was second to none and meant we had excellent insight into what we could expect for the sale of our property in Parklands. Our house didn't 'fly off the shelves' and Ani has worked extremely hard in securing us a purchaser and has guided us with excellent advice throughout the process, keeping us regularly updated with progress and managing our sales strategy, altering it where we needed to so that we eventually got the sale over the line.
