Best Experience!

From the moment my friend and I entered the first open home, Nick was welcoming, funny, and knowledgeable. I attended the open home again the following day and was impressed that Nick remembered my name. He was again very approachable and helpful. I decided to put an early offer in on the home. Nick made the process exceptionally easy and explained clearly what the process would be and how everything worked. It was incredibly helpful to be able to sign the S&P agreement electronically as it's not always possible to take time out to sign a document in person. I popped into the final open home after having my offer accepted. It was a pleasure to meet Tina and another agent who were running the open home. They were both also incredibly warm and welcoming. Tina was very helpful with some suggestions regarding my next steps in the process. It is not unusual for the 10 day process in between an offer being accepted and going unconditional to have a few ups and downs. Tina was truly amazing through this time going well above and beyond my expectations. She calmed my nerves on more than one occasion, and gave me some very sound advice when I thought I'd hit a brick wall. I can not speak highly enough of Nick, Tina, and their team. Their communication has be excellent throughout, I have never been left hanging wondering what is going on. I have felt confident in Nick and Tina's ability to lead and guide this purchase process. I will be sure to suggest Nick and Tina to anyone I come across who is looking for a Real Estate Agent. Thank you both so much for making this the best experience!
