Natarsha and Susan are utterly superb to work with. We couldn't have asked for better Agents. They not only do their jobs with the utmost care and attention, professionalism and amazing communication but they extend that to always going the extra mile. We were kept informed of progress constantly, they were available on the phone when we needed them and if they were busy, we'd a call back within minutes. We particularly liked that they would check on the home we were selling, in-between open homes (as it was vacant) to make sure all was good. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable Natarsha and Susan are. When we first took Natarsha and Susan through the home, we knew we wanted to update a few things but weren't sure how far to take the enhancements. They were extremely helpful in advising what we needed to do without going overboard. They knew exactly what the market required. The small things we did, made a massive difference!
