Superb! Great to deal with, very experienced and skillful. A great result in very tough conditions.

Reg was superb. He valued the house ambitiously but realistically and he and Gena worked very hard on marketing the property. They are a very skillful and well connected team and they presented the house with seriously good taste and flair. Their fees were very reasonable. The sale price in a plunging Auckland market was $35,000 dollars more than the identical property next door, which sold just three days later. That's a $35,000 premium for energy, experience and pizzaz. It made all the difference to the whole experience. I'd recommend Reg to anyone who asks - you could not do better!
