A diamond in the rough

The property for sale was an unusual one for the market. It provided a lot of opportunity but a lot of vision and courage was needed to take it on. Catherine saw this immediately - while other agents backed away with estimates that sold the of the property short of its potential she went in with a sale price where there was room for negotiation. There was interest but it needed a certain type of buyer. I was guided through what steps and what work needed to be done to make the property a more viable proposition. Catherine quickly found the right buyer who had a plan. They were thorough and there was much negotiation which Catherine managed extremely well. Of course the seller always wants more and the buyer alway wants to pay less, but a sale price was reached and the property sold within a month at a price both parties were happy with. I am extremely grateful for the work Catherine has done - always professional and encouraging. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.
