Errol is such a fanstatic agent to work with as a buyer.
My wife and I started attending open home viewings and visited one where Errol was present. Although we were told the property was already under offer, Errol and his team were still interested in learning more about us and what we were looking for. After leaving the open home, we received a call from Errol about another property that fit our budget and needs. He arranged a private viewing for us the same day, and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Errol went above and beyond by keeping us in mind even after the viewing, acting quickly, and going out of his way to help us. His constant communication and updates made the entire buying process a breeze. We highly recommend Errol and his team and will be referring him to family and friends.

Total Success
We engaged with Errol after meeting him at our property while we were doing some pre-market tidying. At all times Errol was a total professional, keeping us informed every step of the way, finding exactly the type of person/people who might be interested in our property. Errol listened to us in regards to our expectations for selling our home, including finding buyers who were able to make a quick decision. The end result was a sale where both parties were extremely happy with the price point, what the property had to offer, expectations and contract dates etc. The process was quick, easy and an enjoyable experience. I'm not sure everyone selling (or buying) could say that about every agent. Errol's work ethic shone during the selling period but he also showed a very human side where it wasn't only a business transaction for him. We laughed plenty, had great conversations and Errol took so much of the stress away from what is usually a difficult time. A massive thank you and we would highly recommend Errol Gatuz to anyone looking to buy/sell their home/property. Further to this I would say we had already spoken to agents recommended to us who were at the top of their game when it comes to looking at previous sales etc. Errol was relatively new on the real estate scene and yet he surpassed every expectation we had (as well as the more experienced agents). His personality, dedication to working with us and making sure we were happy with the process was a true credit to his abilities.
