Incredible Service and Result!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Alistair Brown for the best Real Estate Agent service I’ve ever had. Knowing so many great agents in Christchurch I always knew I would sell with Mike Pero, however I found it difficult to choose exactly who I would list with but ultimately decided to give Alistair Brown a call. Right from the first phone call Alistair had my trust and confidence, even though we had mutual connections I felt like Alistair never took my business for granted. He went above and beyond with me, consulted and advised me on all decisions around marketing, virtually staging the home, and strategy around deadline private treaty. Alistair new the market and regularly inspected the home as it was being renovated and kept me updated. This was extremely important to me as I live overseas and Alistair’s input was invaluable. Once the property was listed the photo’s looked fantastic, the Premium Listing brought thousands of views, and dozens of people to the open homes ultimately ending up with several offers after bringing the deadline forward with the highest offer being tens of thousands above the lowest offer. I was always updated on progress, kept fully informed and Alistair was an excellent communicator – I was never left wondering what was happening with my property – I was always updated straight after the open homes with frequent calls and/or emails. Throughout this process I relied on Alistair’s experience and advice, whether to hold out? To accept an offer? To move the Deadline forward – Alistair knew his market and he knew his clients and his advice moving the Deadline forward got me the best result possible. Not only that he went above and beyond by making sure the place was presentable, fixing a light for me and taking away some rubbish as well.
