Generous with Time

It was so impressive to see how much time Pehi spent in the promotion of my property - 4 hour open homes were so amazing and a great way to try and capture busy people. Pehi also took the time to ensure that I understood all of the documents. Pehi is a professional and has a great friendly and forgiving personality (I got somewhat stressed!!) My only regret is that I wish that Pehi had advised me to arrange with Council to review the rateable value of my property (early in our time together). The low (out of date) rateable value combined with advertising my property as "great value" I think promoted my property to people only prepared to pay low amounts. In the end I found out that I could pay for my value to be reviewed and did so - resulting my value being increased by $165,000! While we can say that people shouldn't take the rateable value into account - they do!
