Charlotte was exceptional when it came to how. She dealt with potential buyers, she understood what they needed and individualised her communication style to each one. Charlotte always made sure we as the sellers understood what was going on and kept us up to date with how all potential offers were progressing. I believe Charlotte’s friendly down to earth and relatable personality is why we were so lucky to convert viewers through the open homes into interested parties and offers. Her help along the way turned what is always a very stressful process in selling a property into something that was actually enjoyable, nothing was ever to much for her and no question was ever to annoying. Her eye for detail and presentation helped tremendously when it came to our photos and presenting the house to its full potential and drawing those viewers in from the moment they saw the listing online.
