would like to thank Mike Pero Real Estate for the excellent handling of my mother’s property. In particular, I cannot speak highly enough of Lorraine Sheard. Lorraine executed a swift sale with professionalism, integrity, compassion and empathy. From the first introduction we were taken by her realistic honesty and understanding. Her advice was always salient and welcome, and proved to be exactly correct. As for most sales that you deal with, it is a stressful time, but I cannot imagine any agent who could be more supportive, or demonstrate more kindness than Lorraine did.
