Rachael you care of us with our respective disabilities was wonderful. You always made us feel valued even when you had to cope with random chaos ( from dementia) and just did what was required if our physical limits hindered us. Your communication about the selling process was exemplary. We always felt in control . Promptness, attention to detail, professionalism, inclusivity on all aspects from timing of open homes and feedback, your kindness, patience and a cheery demeanor are just a few of your attributes we appreciated.
