The best of the best.

We have been lucky to have known Tess and her team for many years, so when it came to selling our first home there was no question who our agent would be. There were never any questions of commission, and who was the cheapest, because we knew regardless of that we would have the best care and service from Tess, Scarlett and Caitlin. From the outset, the communication has been top tier. A group chat to keep track of open homes and updates, reminders from the team when needed, so many good chats and positive vibes. Beautiful marketing, tailoring the sale to meet the market whatever that meant. We settled on the sale of what was our first home today, and the purchase of our next step - we walked into our new home to a beautiful photo book dedicated to our children and their first home, filled with photos. A big bow on the front door that will no doubt litter our home for many weeks haha. We cannot express how grateful we are to the team for making the sale and purchase of our homes so easy, exciting, and personal. The care and effort that has gone in to every interaction and meeting has been the best, and if we ever find ourselves in need of a real estate agent again, they will of course be our first call. Thank you ladies, for all that you do. We appreciate you.
