A smooth and stress-free experience for out-of-town buyers

We recently purchased a property through Michelle as the listing agent. As out-of-town buyers, we were particularly impressed from the very first open home with how well prepared she was and the amount of information she had available about the property. Even though we were the purchasers, Michelle was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. She was always pleasant, happy to answer any questions we had, and quick to provide any additional information we requested. She also kept us well informed right through to auction day, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Each time we met in person, she greeted us with a warm smile and a handshake and always asked how our day was. Before settlement, Michelle was very accommodating in allowing access to the property for me and various tradespeople so we could begin planning some upgrades. Nothing ever seemed like a problem, and she was always easy to deal with.
