Michelle kept in regular contact with us and always let us know whenever she was showing someone through as well as when she was having open homes. She also gave us followup reports after each event. She went over and above what my expectations were. Once we had a contract she kept touching base and kept both us and the buyers informed about the progress that was being made by each of us as we met the conditions for the sale to go unconditional. Meeting the certificate of acceptance clause was very drawn out and complicated. Michelle kept the buyers informed and had to talk them out of pulling out of the sale when they were getting frustrated and concerned at the length of time it took etc. Michelle is a fabulous agent and we couldn't have asked for any one better. If I ever need another real estate agent I would definitely choose Michelle again. She's an awesome agent and also such a caring and kind person.
