Michelle was great to deal with, a constant professional who we always knew was working for us. No matter how long it seemed to be taking, she always gave it her all. Michelle constantly kept us up to date with everything that was happening with the sale and any potential buyers, even when it was just an update that she could not get a hold of anyone. Communication was always clear. She was always prepared to go the extra mile to drum up interest when it was needed, and it was always nice that her go to strategy was never to just lower the asking price. This shows her market knowledge as she was able to get us a price not far off where we had started, despite the time it sat on the market for.
