Just… Wow! What a guy.

From day one Matt was incredibly likeable, easy to contact and communicate with and seemed to make everything a thousand times easier. My partner and I both agreed that his professionalism was outstanding. It could have been a million dollar home or a shed in a yard, he made us feel special and that our sale was important, because to us it was. He just seemed very unbiased and treated us as if we were the most important people in the room! I will forever be grateful for that. It just added to our process that he uplifted the excitement and always maintained the happy - outgoing atmosphere that you need when making such a big step in life.
