A very pleasant and professional experience.
We met Penny through an advertisement she put on facebook looking for possible homes coming up for sale at Porangahau. We replied that we could be interested, although the timing was not quite right, but possibly not too far in the future. Penny kept in contact and was a pleasure to communicate with. She was totally understanding of family dynamics and considerations when making a decision to sell a holiday home of 20 years. We never at any time felt under any pressure to make rushed decisions and on a regular basis she would update us .
