Overall, our agents were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We appreciated their responsiveness and the effort that went into getting our property to market. While we would have loved to achieve a stronger final sale result, we understand the market can be unpredictable and appreciate the work that went into the process. We feel that continuing with additional open homes or creating more buyer competition after receiving an offer may have helped maximise the final outcome.
