Excellent result even in a tough market
Tim and Brooke worked incredibly hard over several months to get a great result in an extremely challenging selling market. I chose these guys because they are just so much more down to Earth than a lot of real estate agents i’ve come across - always working with me and my goals and always happy to catch up over a beer. They know this market inside and out and would change their marketing mix to match what was happening with purchaser trends. In the end they got a sales result that I was extremely happy with (and to be honest didn’t think was even remotely achievable). Couldn’t recommend Tim and Brooke enough - I will certainly be using them again.
